In 2010 Anthony M. DeMarco secured the release of over 10,000 pages of Catholic Priest personnel files from the Archdiocese of San Diego. This was the first time that the Catholic Church was ordered by the court to make pedophile priest records available to the public. He would force the Dioceses of Orange, San Bernardino, Orange, and Los Angeles to do the same totaling over 50,000 pages of church records that detail the sexual abuse scandal.

Largest Police Explorer settlement on record
In 2017 Anthony DeMarco negotiated a settlement with the City of Irwindale, CA for $2.75 Million. The settlement was related to a case of sexual abuse by an Irwindale police officer who was involved in the department's Police Explorers program. The settlement quickly became the largest single settlement, among hundreds across the country, paid to an individual plaintiff who was abused as a Police Explorer Scout.
